An easy meal to prepare, fresh and full of flavors. That's what we offer you with this recipe for candied tomatoes, burrata and goose sausages!

Ingredients
A handful of cherry tomatoes
Olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 goose sausages

Fresh burrata
Chopped basil
A baguette of bread
Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. In a large piece of aluminum foil, add the tomatoes, a good drizzle of oil and the chopped garlic.
  3. Add salt and pepper. Mix well. Close the foil and add another piece to double the papillote. Bake for 40 minutes.
  4. Cut the sausages and remove the meat from the casings. In a frying pan, brown the meat until golden brown.
  5. When the tomatoes are ready, remove them from the oven and place them in a serving dish. Add the sausage. Arrange the burrata in the center. Add the basil.
  6. Add salt and pepper.
  7. Serve with baguette.
