An easy meal to prepare, fresh and full of flavors. That's what we offer you with this recipe for candied tomatoes, burrata and goose sausages!
Ingredients
A handful of cherry tomatoes
Olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 goose sausages
Fresh burrata
Chopped basil
A baguette of bread
Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375.
- In a large piece of aluminum foil, add the tomatoes, a good drizzle of oil and the chopped garlic.
- Add salt and pepper. Mix well. Close the foil and add another piece to double the papillote. Bake for 40 minutes.
- Cut the sausages and remove the meat from the casings. In a frying pan, brown the meat until golden brown.
- When the tomatoes are ready, remove them from the oven and place them in a serving dish. Add the sausage. Arrange the burrata in the center. Add the basil.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Serve with baguette.
