Every Friday evening from November 7 to December 19, our new indoor space becomes the stage for an intimate culinary experience, designed in collaboration with Terra Nova.

A 5-course menu, sixteen guests, gathered in an intimate setting designed to celebrate the art of coming together and enjoying food.

Amuse-bouche
Black salted cabbage, goose liver mousse, honeyberry jelly and powder

Starter
Caramelized onion soup gratin with goose fat, soaked bread, melted local cheese

Second course
Confit goose leg, fresh pasta, sweet Mycep mushroom sauce

Main course
Pan-fried goose supreme glazed with Terra Nova maple vinegar, potato roll, crispy chips and seasonal vegetables

Dessert
Squash financier and hazelnut butter, sunflower praline mousse
