From our goose rillettes and terrines to our goose fat hand creams or our delicious goose cassoulet, we have something for everyone!
We also offer whole goose meat or cuts (thighs, breasts, gizzards, hearts, livers, drumsticks, wingettes), as well as guinea fowl and rabbit, complementary products that we produce on our Au Gite des Oies land, in harmony with nature.
