Enjoy a magical moment with your loved one or with friends, savoring a goose "planchetta" served at one of our specially designed spots for a memorable experience: by the lake, on our terrace, with a view of our geese and our swan couple.
The planchetta is for two people and includes confit goose drumsticks, our delicious goose charcuterie (maple-smoked goose breast and smoked meat-style goose breast), local cheese, pickles, honey mustard, maple jelly, goose terrine, and sliced bread. For a sweet treat, we prepare homemade maple doughnuts cooked in goose fat!
