A perfect shareable starter for entertaining friends and watching a good sports game on TV or for picnicking outside!

Ingredients

Corn chips (one bag)
Smoked goose meat (one or two packets)
2-3 green onions
1 or 2 tomatoes
1 orange or yellow pepper
6-8 radishes
Tex-Mex cheese, grated
125 ml (1⁄2 cup) sour cream
Commercial salsa
Coriander, to taste
A few sprouts, to taste
Salt and pepper
15 ml (1 tbsp) lime juice
1 tbsp lime zest

Preparation

  1. Cut the tomatoes and peppers into large cubes, about the same size.
  2. Slice the radishes and green onions.
  3. Cut the smoked meat into strips.
  4. Place aluminum foil or parchment paper on a non-stick baking sheet.
  5. Arrange the corn chips on the baking sheet.
  6. Add the smoked meat, diced vegetables, green onions and grated cheese.
  7. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes.
  8. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix sour cream with lime juice and lime zest. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. When the chips are ready, remove them from the oven and add a few spoonfuls of lime sour cream, radishes and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. Serve with salsa and lime slices.
