A perfect shareable starter for entertaining friends and watching a good sports game on TV or for picnicking outside!
Ingredients
Corn chips (one bag)
Smoked goose meat (one or two packets)
2-3 green onions
1 or 2 tomatoes
1 orange or yellow pepper
6-8 radishes
Tex-Mex cheese, grated
125 ml (1⁄2 cup) sour cream
Commercial salsa
Coriander, to taste
A few sprouts, to taste
Salt and pepper
15 ml (1 tbsp) lime juice
1 tbsp lime zest
Preparation
- Cut the tomatoes and peppers into large cubes, about the same size.
- Slice the radishes and green onions.
- Cut the smoked meat into strips.
- Place aluminum foil or parchment paper on a non-stick baking sheet.
- Arrange the corn chips on the baking sheet.
- Add the smoked meat, diced vegetables, green onions and grated cheese.
- Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix sour cream with lime juice and lime zest. Season with salt and pepper.
- When the chips are ready, remove them from the oven and add a few spoonfuls of lime sour cream, radishes and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with salsa and lime slices.
