Fall is here and with it comes comforting recipes! Don't have much time to cook? We offer you a quick, easy and tasty recipe based on Quebec geese.
For 6 people
Ingredients :
2 tbsp goose fat
1 chopped yellow onion
1 clove of garlic, chopped
2 Sliced carrots
2 celery stalks, sliced
2 L of goose broth
125g farfalle noodles
250g of natural shredded goose
50g chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation :
1. In a cauldron, melt the goose fat.
2. Sweat the onion and garlic. Then add the other vegetables and sauté for 3 to 5 minutes.
3. Add the broth and bring to the boil until the vegetables are tender.
4. Add the noodles. Bring back to a boil and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes until the noodles are cooked.
5. Add the shredded goose, chopped parsley and adjust the seasoning.
