This pear, sea buckthorn, and fir jam is produced in small batches by forager Jérémie Postel in collaboration with Les Confiturières.

Flavored with dried balsam fir shoots during cooking, this jam is created using the "à la royale" method, an ancestral jam-making technique that uses only copper cauldrons. This cooking method perfectly preserves the flavor and produces truly inimitable jams in terms of taste quality.
