No more hibernation!

The chirping of birds is gradually beginning to be heard, and our geese are slowly starting their laying cycle again, an event that definitively marks the awakening of life on the farm. What joy!

We are preparing for the egg incubation period, watch out soon for our announcement for guided tours presenting the complete life cycle of a goose, it is a fascinating natural process and we are the only goose farm in Quebec to do it. And we love to show you during these tours and to be able to chat with you.

We are waiting for you in store

The weekend of March 9th marks the reopening of our farm shop, and for the occasion we will have a special promotion for these 2 days where you will benefit from a 20% discount on site and also at our online store. It's time to stock up on tasty prepared meals, terrines and frozen dishes!

The shop will now be open for the rest of the season at our usual hours, Wednesday to Sunday from 11am to 5pm, it's always a pleasure to see you there!

Easter egg hunt is back!

Get out your calendars, the Easter egg hunt is back again this year and will be held on Saturday, March 30 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. On the menu of activities, we will have the traditional and delicious maple taffy, our famous Easter egg hunt (our site couldn't be better suited for it!), and we will offer you for lunch an epicurean choice of goose pizza with caramelized onions, and goose drumsticks with St-Jules sauce served with golden fries cooked in goose fat (yum!). It's the perfect family Easter event to enjoy the great outdoors, make discoveries, and feast on local products processed on site.

Speaking of eggs, we will also have limited quantities of duck and goose eggs available at the store, they are delicious and very nutritious, and you can wow the gallery by preparing our Duck Eggs Benedict recipe for your brunches.

The whole team has spent the winter preparing surprises for you, we really can't wait to see you again and are very enthusiastic about the idea of presenting all these new activities full of flavors and happiness!
