We are also getting ready to celebrate with family and friends, and take a well-deserved rest, but until then come see us for our last weekend at the great Longueuil Christmas Market , a unique and festive place where you can find everything in local products to add to your Christmas stockings. It's the opportunity to spoil your family with epicurean discoveries.

A look back at Knowlton's Midnight Madness

This past Saturday night, December 9th, we participated in our first Midnight Madness in the pretty village of Knowlton in the Eastern Townships. After our famous "Sloppy Goose", we presented two new goose sandwiches: the smoked meat goose sandwich, and the goose merguez sandwich, all accompanied by a nice hot smoked goose soup. Thank you to all those who came to see us, and to our friends and hosts at Caron et Frères . To put back on the calendar, what a special evening!

This past season, we had the opportunity to participate and create many activities with the goose at its heart, but it was especially you who were the heart of our activities, and the reason why we work so hard! We would like to warmly thank all our customers; you helped to brighten up our season, and to nourish us with your contagious and positive energy at each visit.

Please note that we will be closed in January and February, but this will be to prepare you for a season even richer in experiences and tastes. We are never far away, so you can place your order online at any time on our website , and come and pick it up at the farm.
